By-elections between 2021 and 2022 Felbridge (17 June 2021) A by-election was held in Felbridge [2] on 17 June 2021 following the death of Conservative Councillor Ken Harwood in 2020.[3] This was due to take place on 6 May 2021, but was postponed following the death of the Labour candidate Christopher Kelly.[4]
